With experience across a range of industries, Jonathan combines a solid foundation of business skills with experience spanning financial services, business and technology services, retailing and integrated learning providers.

Jonathan has held a number of senior roles within leading organisations, working at the highest level with partners and clients where he combines a strong understanding of how business works with the ways in which people and technology can be connected to provide greatest advantage.

Jonathan has always taken an active part within the industry; in the past he has been founder and Chairman of the TenCORE User Group and Vice Chair and Chair of the e-Learning Network. He has given many presentations on the issues surrounding education, training and e-learning and has lectured at Universities in London, Lancaster and Manchester on these issues. In addition, he has had work published in a number of industry journals and software demonstrated worldwide.

Jonathan is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds an MBA with Distinction from Bradford University School of Management.
