Corollis to headline Learning Technologies Group April event

Corollis have again been confirmed as one of the keynote speakers at the Learning Technologies Group online conference which takes place on the 25th April 2002.

Jonathan Kettleborough, Managing Director, will deliver a session entitled "Adapting to blended learning" where he will again draw on the experiences of managing and delivering large numbers of face-to-face and e-learning projects.

"We are thrilled to be asked back to deliver another online session," said Jonathan. "It clearly demonstrates the success of this approach and the acceptability of the online medium for really effective training sessions."

Jonathan's presentation will take us deeper into this approach, looking at the skills needed to adapt to Blended Learning. Drawing on his experience as a consultant and practitioner in this field, he will outline the wide range of stakeholders in this process - from organisation to learner and discusses the skills needed by each to enable successful Blended Learning. Jonathan's presentation will cover:

• The organisation/executives - is there a learning culture or the foresight to allow one to grow?
• The managers - do they understand Blended Learning and will they support its use?
• The learning designers/suppliers - do they understand 'how' to apply the right blend; do they understand the organisation?
• The trainers - will they be able to operate as coaches/facilitators? Can they make the transition?
• The learners - will they be able to take charge of their learning and make their own decisions?
