This presentation was delivered at the IITT conference in May 2005 in conjunction with Richard Malam of Centrica.

This presentation concentrates on ensuring that L&D professionals deliver learning interventions that (where necessary) cover the whole range of delivery platforms including:  face-to-face, e-learning, coaching, mentoring, books, open learning centres but to name just a few.  The purpose of this session was to ensure that the participants realised that one size DOES NOT for all!
