This presentation was delivered at the IITT conference in May 2006.

It concentrates on ensuring that L&D professionals understand the issues when setting strategies within their business and therefore concentrate on the right issues for the right rerasons si that benefits are delivered.

Whilst the presentation looks fairly simple, unfortunately many L&D departments make a meal out of the issue of stratgy and either do the wrong thing, or sometimes worse still, do the right thing but in such a complicated manner that results will never get delivered!
